Recall that, the long awaiting judgment of Kogi election petition has been concluded with Governor Yahaya Bello clinch to victory.
Supreme court sitting in Abuja dismissed People Democratic Party (PDP) petition challenging governor Bello victory at the November 16th governorship poll in 2019 this morning 31st of August 2020.
According to the report, the case file again governor Bello by Musa Wada of PDP lack merits.
Before now, their is allegations again governor Bello of bribing Supreme court with sum of N3.5B, in other to declared the judgment in his favour.
