The Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki has said that the state power supply will switch to 55MW CCETC-Ossiomo Independent Power Plant (IPP) next week.
Obaseki who disclosed this on his twitter handle, described the switch as the landmark of his administration.
He tweet “We would switch on the 55MW CCETC-Ossiomo Independent Power Plant (IPP) next week. It is one of the landmark achievement of our strong partnership with the private sector anchored on MoUs. The people are seeing for themselves the product of our MoUs”.

Obaseki who was denied APC governorship ticket, is currently the PDP governorship candidate of September 19th 2020 Edo state election.
