This incident was recorded at Agbado Primary School, Akpakpava (Unit 23). It is quite shameful & disturbing.
The ballot box at was missing (Corps Members attached to the unit had claimed they didn’t come with it from the RAC center, & that top INEC officials had promised to bring it). Interestingly, the ballot box was later found hidden somewhere around the school premises.
Observers had to intervene to protect the NYSC members, while security officials at the place watched helplessly.
