The death of the security personal attached to governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State has risen to 30.
Recall that Omokoshaban earlier report that seven policemen and three soldiers were killed yesterday when the governor convoys was attacks by Boko Haram terrorist.
AFP had on Saturday reported that the number of fatalities from the attack on Friday had doubled as more bodies were found.
According to the confirmation, the victims include 12 policemen, five soldiers, four members of a government-backed militia and nine civilians.
This attack make it the second time the governor convoys was attacks while on his way to Baga town.
No life was lost in the first attack.
Reacting to the recent attack by the governor, he said no amount of attack carried out against him will stop him from serving his people.
