Despite attack on his convoy, Gov. Zulum slept in Baga and received First batch of Baga IDPs. Returnees

The fearless and brave Governor, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum spent night in Baga despite Friday’s attack on his convoy and received first batch of Baga community camping in Monguno IDPs camp. He said no sabotage will stop him from working and he is ready to sacrifice for his people.

The chairman of the resettlement committee Barr. Kaka Shehu Lawan in his remarked stated that, first batch of Baga indigene who are ready and willing have returned to their community and its will be a continues process.

Gov. Zulum appreciated the high powered committee of the Baga resettlement for job Well done, he also addressed the returnees to be prayerful, patient and cooperate with securities, and he assured them of returning the next batch as soon as possible, he is always ready to support them at due course. The Governor was accompanied by Senator representing Borno North senator Abubakar Kyari, Speaker Borno state House of assembly Hon. Abdulkareem Lawan and chief whip of House of Rep. Mohammed Tahiru Monguno.
