Doing it at the right time, dropped and delivered for the right purpose to the right persons is what palliative is meant to be. Palliative is a measure to curtail hardship. In other words, palliative is purposive action to extenuate difficult situation.
Are the palliative looters right or wrong? Is it palliative any longer? When are they supposed to be distributed?
Ours in Borno state is different. We really got the palliatives at the time is supposed to be PALLIATIVE and delivered to those in need at its peak period.
Gov. Zulum has really distributed the palliative which proves he used it for its desired purpose at the desired period.
