A 33-year-old man, Daniel Akpan, is seeking to divorce his wife, Imaobong, a make-up artist in Uyo, over her sexual escapades on Facebook and WhatsApp.
Consequently, Akpan has approached the Court to dissolve their 2-year-old marriage over his wife’s “serial adultery with several men” she met on social media.
The 30-year-old wife has agreed on the dissolution the marriage over irreconcilable differences but the Court is yet to resolve on the custody of their child.
Akpan had told the Court that he had caught his wife with several men including her Facebook friends in hotels in Uyo.
He said Imaobong uses her make-up business, Facebook and WhatsApp to connect with men who are now her man friends and concubines with printouts of adulterous communications and pictures, including private ones where they recorded pictures of their private parts and other amorous chats and text messages.
The case has been adjourned to Friday next week.
