A lawyer, Husaini Afolabi has dragged Oyo State Owode Police DPO and Ogbomosho Area commander to court over the killing of 3 #ENDSARS Protester in the State.
Husaini who disclosed the development on his Twitter handle said the offence if found guilty is punishable with 7 years imprisonment.
I have filed a criminal complaint against the @PoliceNG Owode DPO, and Ogbomosho Area Commander for perverting justice in the extrajudicial killings of #JimohIsiaq, Ganiyu, Taiwo, & Pelumi. This crime is considered a felony, and punishable with imprisonment for 7 yrs.
