The United States of America, like any serious nation in the world, values the institution of its presidency so much that, it has necessary safeguards in place for any individual that had occupied that seat in the past. It is for the dignity bestowed on this office, incumbent or erstwhile, that that country would keep managing the maniac who found his way to that office, until he departs on 20th January.
And even after the expiration of his term in office, the necessary peeks given to an ex-president, including about 300,000 Dollars annually, secret service protection, access to State Department facilities and services, are guaranteed to him.
So, as unusual and embarrassing as President Trump has been, he will never be an ordinary citizen again.
