sleep is essential to the wellbeing of human. Health specialist says a person needs 7 to 8 hours sleep everyday. But health, financial and physical challenges makes it 70% impossible for some person’s to sleep at night.

Try to take your mind off any racing thought, picture a relaxing scene that involves sleep and build the scene in your mind.

Avoid technology like phone ,computer and TV

If you get into bed and cannot fall asleep after 20 minutes, get up and go to another part of the house ,as lying for a long time on bed without sleeping can cause an unhealthy mental condition between your sleeping environment and wakefulness.

Sometimes your bedroom can cause hindrance to your sleeping routine,the ideal climate is cool,dark and comfortable.so if yours does not posses these characteristics,you then have to make an adjustment in your bedroom so you can sleep comfortably.
