Three Muslim Place on No-Fly For Refusing to Be FIB Informant Grant access to sue for damage

Three Muslim men who were placed on the no-fly list after refusing to become FBI informants in United State of America can now sue for damages.

Their access to sue for damage was ruled by U.S Supreme Court.

Government agents urged the men to spy on people at mosques in New York, but they reject the offer.

They all had family abroad, but were barred from leaving the U.S.
