A question asked if one commits zina and then repents, can she marry a person who never commits zina?

ALHAMDULILLAH, zina(fornication) is one of the commonest great sin we do not see anything with due to immorality in our modern world.
Marriage has become hard for the ummah and so has zina become cheap since women expose their beauties to men.
And this is one of the greatest fitnah in our modern world.
Allah says in Qur’an,
Al-Isra’ 17:32
And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way.

Approaching zina itself is a sin how more engaging in it?
An hadith of Abu hurayrah r.a saying,
I heard the messenger of Allah pbuh saying,
Every son of Adam has its share of zina. The zina of the eye but looking what is unlawful, the zina of the mouth by speaking of it, the zina of the ear by listening to it and zina of the leg by going to the places and it is the private part that denies it or confirm it.( saheeh in musnad of imam Ahmed).

All these are minor sins that leads to zina and even Allah forbids us and how can we refrain from it and marriage too is made hard with huge mahr prices and cultures.

Now if a person commits zina, there are hadd punishment in shari’a.
A married man or woman if confirmed with four witness and are truthful and just, she is sentence to rajm(stoning to death).
For singles, it is caning which is 100 strips.
This is what Allah says in surah Nur.
An-Nur 24:2
The [unmarried] woman or [unmarried] man found guilty of sexual intercourse – lash each one of them with a hundred lashes, and do not be taken by pity for them in the religion of Allah, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. And let a group of the believers witness their punishment.

For the married person, the first rule was confinement in room until death comes to the person. Allah says,
An-Nisa’ 4:15
Those who commit unlawful sexual intercourse of your women – bring against them four [witnesses] from among you. And if they testify, confine the guilty women to houses until death takes them or Allah ordains for them [another] way.
Ibn umar r.a said we use to recite the verses of stoning but later was forgotten and not recited but the punishment was done on the culprits.

But if no one knows and a person repents, Allah is off forgiving and can marry someone who never committed zina. Because Allah s.w.t is merciful to us no matter what we did he forgives us if we regret and death has no approach us.
Allah says,
An-Nur 24:3
The fornicator does not marry except a [female] fornicator or polytheist, and none marries her except a fornicator or a polytheist, and that has been made unlawful to the believers.

Same applies to the man,
An-Nur 24:3
The fornicator does not marry except a [female] fornicator or polytheist, and none marries her except a fornicator or a polytheist, and that has been made unlawful to the believers.
Finally Allah says,
An-Nur 24:5
Except for those who repent thereafter and reform, for indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
May Allah protects us, forgives us and guide us to the straight path. Aamiin
