Enrollment of learntmanagement system mandatory for public servants – Lagos State Govt

The Lagos State Head of Service, Mr. Hakeem Muri-Okunola, has observed with dismay the low enrolment of members of staff on the Lagos State Government Learning Management System (LMS) as directed in the circular issued by his Office in May, 2020, towards ensuring the continuous capacity building of all State Officers

Muri-Okunola, in a statement issued on Thursday, implored all officers, including those who have not received onboarding notifications, to immediately download the Envivo iClass App from Google Play Store for Android or the iStore for Apple devices and ensure they log-in onto the website with their official email addresses as usernames to enable them commence the e-learning process.

He revealed that participation in the LMS is mandatory for all officers on Grade Levels 07-17, adding that the e-learning on the platform will henceforth be one of the criteria for the Annual Staff Performance Appraisal and Development (SPADEV) Report.

While imploring all officers to adhere strictly to the directives, as non-participation in the LMS will henceforth attract appropriate sanctions, the Head of Service maintained that any officer who encountered challenges in logging-in should liaise with the Director, Administration and Human Resource, Learning and Development or the Information and Communication Technology officers in their respective MDAs.
