Nigerian government has received 4 million dose of covid-19 vaccine.

Nigeria Center for Disease and Control, NCDC who announced the development on Social media said that the first dose of the vaccine was purchase from COVAX.

NCDC said “368 days after Nigeria detected her first case, we are pleased to receive our 1st shipment of 4million doses of #COVID19Vaccine.

Recall that Nigeria record it first case of Covid-19 February last year.

Since then, over 1000 Nigerians has died of the virus while over 100 thousand case confirm in the country.
