Hundreds of people imprisoned for protesting Myanmar’s coup released

Hundreds of people imprisoned for protesting Myanmar’s coup have been released.

2,418 people remain in custody or have outstanding charges, according to the Assistance Associate for Political Prisoners.

The group says security forces have killed at least 275 people since 1st of February 2021.
