Few hours after unknown gunmen set Prison on fire in Imo State capital and free all the prisoners numbering to 2000, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu has reacted to the incident.
In his reaction via tweet, KANU said unjust for anyone to be in prisons in Nigeria, when bandits, Boko Haram, and Fulani herdsmen known for killing thousands of Nigerians are free rehabilitated by the government.
He tweeted, “If Miyetti Allah terror herdsmen & other murderous #Fulani groups, including Boko Haram insurgents, can be arrested, freed and rehabilitated by this neo-colonial Fulanised @NGRPresident, then no single soul deserves to be in any prison in Nigeria. If you know you know! #UGM”
