A Maryland state trooper has shot and killed a 16-year-old boy.
The Trooper after shooting the boy claimed that he had a knife and an airsoft gun, which shoots non-lethal pellets.
The victim was identified as Peyton Ham.
Police claim the toy gun looked real and he was in a “shooting stance.” There is no bodycam video.
The killing is coming few days after security shot and killed 20 years old boy at the traffic.
