Derek Chauvin, 45, could be handed decades behind bars for Floyd’s May 25, 2020 killing, which sparked protests against racial injustice around the world and is being seen as a landmark test of police accountability.

Reacting to the judgment, Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg say the judgment is part of Bigger Struggle against racism and Injustice.

He posted on his wall “Right now I’m thinking of George Floyd, his family and those who knew him. I hope this verdict brings some measure of comfort to them, and to everyone who can’t help but see themselves in his story. We stand in solidarity with you, knowing that this is part of a bigger struggle against racism and injustice.”

Despite, Derek Chauvin Found guilty of George Floyd murdered, he is yet to be sentence.
