I am Khadijat, the daughter of Habibat Salami who was diagnosed of Chronic Kidney Disease on the 11th of April 2021. She is from Okene LGA of Kogi State. She is currently at federal medical centre lokoja, undergoing treatment.the doctors said she needs a kidney transplant or dialysis (thrice in a week) for survival.
