Female councilor, Hon. Onem Tyna Miracle allegedly sold the official share for them by the state government, and use the money to build a bridge to communities who has been using wooden bridge for decades.
Source who share the story, said that after collecting the money, which is not enough to execute the project, she has to begs youth in the community to help render free service to complete the work.

HER REASON: She said her council people don’t have good roads and the two villages in the council ward, only connect by crossing a wooden bridge 🌉 So, she would prefer using that money for the car to build a bridge to connect them, instead of driving a free car 🚙

I learnt the money 💰 was not enough to complete the project, after the did their quotation.
She then had to speak to the youths to help in doing the labor work free, since the money for the car can only procure the entire materials needed.
