The story behind this three storey building is that it’s foundation was laid with the blood of an innocent little girl who was sent to hawk banana and was lured into the building and killed for ritual in Onisha.
No tenant or person occupies the building presently.
The story goes that after the owner completed the building, the tenants who parked into their different apartments had horrible experiences.
They were troubled every night with the shout of “Goonu Banana” which means “buy banana” coming from beneath the building, among other strange things happening in the house and within the premises.
One after the other, all the tenants parked out of the building and the rumors spread and left the building unoccupied.
The owner of Building has died while the house remain empty with nobody’s inside.
