Socio-Economic Right and accountability Project (SERAP) has given President Muhammad Buhari regime 24 hours to reverse the banning of Journalists to report details of bandits attack in Nigeria.
Federal government through Nigerian Broadcasting commission (NBC) has earlier directed all radio and television station to stop reporting Details of bandits attack on air.
Reacting to the report on Twitter by SERAP, on the 18th of July 2021, SERAP said such directive will limits free expression, public debate and accountability, thereby urge government to reverse it.
