The kidnapped lecturer was rescued yesterday by JTF and other security Operatives.
Akume Raphael, who give the report said
“Dr. GODWIN KWANGA lecturer in the Department of Geography was rescued today by team of Operation Zenda JTF in synergy with other security operatives in Makurdi the Benue state capital.
The rescue operation took place at Tse- Anjov village along Wafare Quarters, around the burial site of the fulani herdsmen victims, mobile Barracks Ring road Makurdi.
Two of the kidnappers escape into the nearby bush with bullet wounds abandoning the victim and their operational weapons.”
