Buhari will not order any killing in lagos state without the approval of sanwo Olu. Sanwu Olu is the anointed godson of Tinubu. If Tinubu approves it, sanwu Olu will approve it.

Also, Tinubu is the leader of APC, APC is the ruling party in Lagos.
