Youths In Delta Community Attack Police Station, Burn Suspected Kidnappers In Custody

Some youths is Isoko community in Delta State has attack police station and burn kidnapper in police custody to death.

Report has it that the kidnappers, earlier Kidnapped two people in the community and killed them.


The incident allegedly took place after the community vigilante group traced the hoodlums to their hideouts in the forests.

The report further reveal that the vigilante and the hoodlums had a bloody encounter that lead to the death of six of the suspected bandits.


It was also gathered that members of the community vigilante group, armed with weapons such as cutlasses and locally made guns were operating in collaboration with the police.


According to some sources, the vigilantes had arrested some of the suspected bandits and taken them to the police station.


However, angry residents of the community invaded the police station, lynched the suspects, and burnt their bodies.
