Mbionu Chioma Chikaodili, a 300 level student of medical rehabilitation, Nnamdi Azikiwe University Nnewi campus was coming back from church service on 03/10/2021 with her friends, when they stopped by a roadside cobbler to mend a footwear. While there, they heard gunshots from unknown gunmen which prompted them to run into a nearby shop for safety.
While in search of a certain individual, the unknown gunmen badged into the shop shooting sporadically through the glass door.
At this point, Chioma was already on the floor. She was hit by two stray bullets.
Her friends couldn’t help but beg for their lives.
CHIOMA WASN’T MAKING ANY VIDEO OF THE SCENE. PLEASE DEBUG THE FAKE INFORMATION CIRCULATING THE MEDIA THAT SHE WAS CAPTURING A VIDEO OF THE SCENE WHICH LED TO HER BEING SHOT. SHE ONLY RAN INTO A SHOP FOR SAFETY.
