Gunmen have kidnapped two NYSC members deployed from Benue State to Kebbi and Sokoto States with the bandits demanding N3m ransom.
The graduates were abducted on Tsafe-Gusau Road in Zamfara State on their way to NYSC orientation Camp.
One of them, Lorliam Jennifer Awashima, is a graduate of English from Benue State University
The incident occurred at about 10pm when a vehicle with registration number GBK 339 ZY conveying the Corps Members was blocked by the armed bandits.
Zamfara State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Mohammed Shehu who confirmed the incident, said the two corps members were among other victims (yet to be identified) abducted by the gunmen.
