Human right activist, Harrison Gwamnishu has reveled that Mr Nwosu Chuka, staff of Delta State Local Government Service commission who raped 13 years old girl to death has handed himself over to the police.
According to Harrison who share the development on his Facebook, the victim was hypnotized by Chuka and raped her, she later bleed to death.
Mr Nwosu Chuka, staff of Delta State Local Government Service commission who hypnotized and raped 13 year old girl who later bleed to death has surrendered himself to the police after weeks in hideout.
He’s currently in custody of SCID Asaba. He admitted to act and pleading for leniency.
The deceased girl is still at FMC mortuary Asaba.
