Registered Transport MiniBus bus occupied by Kidnapers has been intercepted and all the occupants arrested.

PASSENGERS were already surrounded by KILLER-armed folks. It turned out that 80% of occupants of a REGISTERED TRANSPORT MINIBUS taking off from ONITSHA were KIDNAPPERS.
