Former Police Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari will continue to be in detention pending the out come of the investigation.
The development today gathered by Naijablog revealed that Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has refused to Grant Abba Kyari Bail.
He was refused bail by Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Monday 28th of February 2022.
The Former Commander of Intelligence Response Team (IRT), DCP Abba Kyari, is facing charge over his involvement in drugs.
Abba Kyari was arrested earlier this month after NDLEA declared Wanted.
Before that, FBI has late last year indicted Abba Kyari in multiple internet Frauds link to Hushpuppi.
The indictment led to his suspension from Nigeria police force.
Despite his suspension, Abba Kyari still operate as a serving police officer until his plan with NDLEA officer to sell part of cocaine recovered from Drugs Barron leak this month.
After the video of him bribing the NDLEA went viral, Nigeria police finally arrest Abba Kyari and handed him over to NDLEA.
