Ebonyi Governor Insist on court Judgment, Say He still the Governor

Ebonyi State Governor, Dave Umahi has kick against Judgment earlier pass on today that removed him as the governor of the State.

Reacting to the news shortly after the judgment was pronounce, Governor Umahi said he remain the governor of State, describing the judgment as Illegal.

He said

I am still the Governor of Ebonyi State as the Judgement is illegal. I can only leave office through death, resignation or impeachment.

Recall that Naijablog earlier this afternoon Report that Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, sacked Governor Umahi and his deputy.

They were sacked for dumping PDP and decamped to APC.
