Bandits Dispersed, Killed 8 people in Sokoto State

Again, bandits strike in Sokoto State this morning, Sunday, 8th of May 2022, killing at least 8 people.

Jamilu Sufi who confirmed the development on Twitter said that the incident happened at Takakume Village, Goronyo in Sokoto State.

According to him, the bandits sacked the villagers

He said:

I woke up earlier this morning with intention to leave Gusau to Abuja to drop an invitation letter to @PeterObi, only to receive a distress call from my in-laws at Takakume Village, Goronyo, Sokoto that 8 people were killed and they are dispersed by bandits.
