This incident occurred at Dei Dei express way in Abuja.
One of the Twitter user, Atupalye who react to the video has this to says:
I almost ran into it yesterday while coming from the Airport… We had to turn back to the Airport for safety and waited for almost 1hr:30m. For th security operatives to restore normalcy.
Information gathered was that an Hausa guy rammed into one of d igbo traders and he died..
An attempt to hold the guy accountable for the unfortunate events was forestall by support from his other Hausa colleague around the market and eventually led to a fight and several shops got burnt and many cars destroyed.
