Muslim-Muslim ticket Partly Responsible for insecurity in Kaduna State -Deji Adeyanju

Deji Adeyanju said that escalation of insecurities in Kaduna State is partially attributed to Muslim-Muslim ticket.

In a post share on his social media handle, the human rights activists, state that if Deputy governor of Kaduna State is Christian, she will have pressure the governor to do the needful over continue killings of Christian in the state.

Deji said:

The Muslim-Muslim ticket is partly responsible for the escalation of insecurity in Kaduna State. A Christian Deputy Gov would have been able to put pressure on the Gov for equal treatment in the state. Southern Kaduna is falling to terrorists with little or no challenge. No pushback at all. Nigeria is a multi religious and ethic country and we must reflect these differences in all that we do capturing the interests of Muslims & Christians, Igbos and other tribes. Equity demands this. To deny our differences is hypocritical.

Kaduna State governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai is Muslim with a Female Deputy Governor, Hadizath who is also a Muslim.

Major killings that have been happening in the state is targeted on Christian dominant area of the state, which is Southern Kaduna.
