The FCT and Federal High Courts, sitting in Abuja respectively, today dismissed four Suits challenging the Candidacy of Rt. Hon. Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori.
In the said suits wherein E.T. Kehinde SAN, Ekeme Ohwovoriole SAN and Ayo Asala SAN appeared for Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, the Courts dismissed the Suits on the ground of locus standi and lacking merits.
Congratulations to the Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, incoming Governor of Delta State.
