I am honoured to join our compatriots as we celebrate a renowned and distinguished Nigerian, Prof. Akintola Williams who marks his 103rd birthday.
Chief Williams touched, transformed and contributed immensely to the growth and development of the accounting and financial services sector in Nigeria and Africa.
For many decades, he was a seasoned administrator, successful entrepreneur, experienced corporate leader and a dedicated public servant whose enormous contributions to the economic development of Nigeria will be celebrated for years to come.
I celebrate him today as a symbol of hard work and productivity, and as a role model to the youths in Nigeria and beyond. May he experience happiness, peace and good health for the rest of his days. Happy 103rd birthday, Dear Prof Williams Akintola.
