The executive Governor of Kogi State has revealed that he is using intelligent approach on Technical lockdown in Kogi State.
The governor in his statement said that before enforcing lockdown, livelihood of citizens must be secured, if not citizens will prefer dying with infection, instead of starvation.
He said “If basic livelihoods cannot be secured, a comprehensive lockdown is not practical. Poor people will prefer the lottery of infection over the certainty of starvation”.
