In fulfilment of his promise to the good people of Zabarmari, Jere L.G.A., Borno state Governor, His Excellency, Prof. Baba Gana Umara Zulum mni, FNSE has instructed the Hon. Commissioner Youth & Sports, Hon. Comrade Sa’inna Buba and the Borno State IBSIP Program Manager, Engr. Dr Mohammed Musa Aliyu to assess a suitable site for the construction of a proposed model school in the community.
The school project is part of the state government’s efforts to build a better Borno.
Addressing the community, the Hon. Commissioner informed the community of the state government plan to provide a full packaged school to the community.
On his part, the Program Manager informed the joyous community that the proposed model school project comprises classrooms, Library block, recreational facilities, staff quarters, admin block, latrines, perimeter fencing, a gatehouse and a deep borehole.
The assessment ended with a prayer led by one of the community leaders for the state governor, Borno state government and the nation at large.
