Independent National electoral commission INEC, give updates on the fire incident that engulf their anambra Office. We can recall that few day before General election INEC office in Anambra state was engulf with fire, and everything burn to arches.
According to INEC, they have replaced card readers of 14 local government, remaining 7 to be replaced. According to the information may available on the official Twitter handle @inecnigeria, they said, they are working hard to make sure they replaced the remained 7 card reader before the commencement of election tomorrow.
Here is the Twitty; After the fire incident in our office in Anambra State, replacement Card Readers for 14 LGAs have been configured and delivered. Working hard on the remaining 7 LGAs – Ayamelum, Ogbaru, Idemili North, Idemili South, Aguata, Awka North and Oyi.
The cause of the fire incident is not known.
