24 months imprisonment is the punishment for snatching or destroying election materials, not pay with your life is president said

The punishment for anyone who snatched of destroyed election is by constitution of Nigeria, on the electoral act as amendment 2010, said it 24 months imprisonment, and not to pay with there life as president Muhammad Buhari said on Monday 18 February 2019.

In case our president have forget the section of constitution, we are here to remind him of Sec.129 (4) of the Electoral Act 2010 (as amended) who provides that, any person who snatches or destroys any election material commits an offence and is liable on conviction to 24 months imprisonment.
