The Federal Government of Nigeria has closed its case against Onnoghen, the Chief Justice who got suspended shortly before the elections, has it case close yesterday as 3 of the 6 witnesses of the Federal Government invited so far testify that all allegations levelled against Onnoghen are not true.
Accoding to the witness Onnoghen has no foreign accounts and did not own 55 houses as earlier claimed. He has just 5 houses – one of them was given to him by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
