Governorship candidate of African Action Congress (AAC) Biokpomabo Awara has reportedly defeated governor Nyesom wike in Oyigbo local government area (LGA) of the state.
Awara is a candidate which Rotimi Amaechi bring out to contest for Governor of River State under The platform of AAC.
Report has it that Aware defeated wike in Oyigbo LGA with 32,026 votes.
Meanwhile, previous report has it that Governor Wike defeated Awara in Port Harcourt (PH) City and Ikwere LGA.

Wike defeated Awara with 92,056 votes in Adoni LGA while Awara score 5,335 votes in Adoni Community.
Report from PH city has it that Wike has 40,866 votes while Awara has 11,866 votes.
The situations is the same in Ikwere LGA as Wike Score 14,938 votes, and Awara Score 5,660 votes
