Federal High Court, seating in Abakaliki has sacked Senator Sonni Ogbuoji from the Senate.
According to the judgment delivered by the Hon. Justice Aluko today, 16/4/2019 said Senator Sonni Ogbuoji violate section 68(1)(g) of the 1999 Constitution (as amended).
The court said, Ogbuoji is guilty of political prostitution and purgatory.
The Court, therefore, ordered him to vacate his seat in the National Assembly Senate seat (NASS) and then urge him to refund all the salaries as a senator from the date he defected to the All Progressive party (APC).
