Early morning sex lower blood pressure, and reduce risk of heart attack

It has been proven that early morning sex can reduce high blood pressure, in turn reduce the rate of heart attacks.

According to prof Yakubu Talkam who confirmed it has these to say, “Having sex early morning lowers blood pressure and reduces risks of heart attack. Having sexual intercourse 3 to 4 times a week is good for love life. Love making of about 20 minutes reduces 150 calories. Sex is the most powerful creative force given to human by God for pleasure and deep companionship. Any marriage in which the man or woman could not enjoy sexual intercourse or satisfy their partner in bed is a dead marriage. Lack of sexual satisfaction had led the collapse of many marriages”.
