Kaduna State Governor met with DFID head

This afternoon, Governor Nasir Ahmad met with the outgoing head of Department for International Development (DFID) in Nigeria, Debbie Palmer together with other members of her team, to discuss ways the DFID Nigeria can further support the Kaduna State Government’s efforts over the next four years.

Deputy Governor-elect, Dr. Hadiza was also present at the meeting.

Discussions were centered around significantly reducing the number of out of school children, access to quality healthcare, potable water and increasing the state’s IGR.
