APC Delta court issue of who is the original Delta APC executive and candidates for all the contested positions?

From the last judgment so far, one must understands that Revd Jones Erue has no case with Cyril Ogodo and his entire family of the Mainstream led by deaf and done cultism Group.
The Appeal Court sitting in Benin 07/05/19 reserved it’s ruling on the ongoing Cases between APC and Anor vs Chief Cyril Ogodo and four Ors on one side and INEC vs Chief Cyril Ogodo and five Ors on the other hand after hearing the arguments of the Appellants and Defendants in both cases.
You should remember that on march 18, 2019, a magumagu criminal Judge of a Federal High Court sitting in Asaba delivered a perverted justice that gave the authenticity of the party Structure to Chief Cyril Abeye Ogodo led Executives in Delta APC and also THAT COURT OPPRESSED Jones, voided all actions taken by Jones Erue led faction. The judgement further Childishly wrongly nullified the candidature of all winners of the primary elections conducted by the Erue Ode Jones led faction that produced Great Ovedje Ogboru, Sen. Ovie Omo-Agege, Revd. Francis E Waive and other elected members of the Delta state House of Assembly.
The present judgments at the Appellate Court are showing that the All Progressives Congress (APC), only recognized the Jones executive and candidates. This show that any candidate for any elected position under Ogodo camp will be thrown out in Favour of Jones candidate which led to Jaro Egbo booted and kicked out of his elected position in Favour of Moses Anaughe.
The mainstream cultism deaf and done led by Emerhor – Ogodo is accusing The Senator representing Delta Central, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege and Great Ovedje Ogboru of using their power to influence The Party National Chairman, Adam Oshiomhole to work in their Favour at the Appellant Court.
They also lay more accusing finger that the legal Counsel that represented the party and INEC are KNOWN personal lawyers of Ovie Omo-Agege who hinged their arguments on the technicalities of the aforementioned judgement stating it was time bound.
The legal Counsels to Chief Cyril Abeye Ogodo gave counter arguments to drive home why the judgement given by the Federal High Court Asaba should be upheld by the Appellate court.
But the Appellant Court did not listen to such an untoward and untrue explanations which are unsound and not in line with legal constituted authority.
At a sudden. The cases were then adjourned for judgement after adoption by all parties present.
