Stop Buhari’s May 29 inauguration now

Opposition party has order court to stops president Muhammed Buhari May 29 inauguration.

The party said this as Presidential election petition tribunal resumed sitting with the hearing of the petition of Hope Democratic Party and its candidate, Ambrose Owuru.

HDP [Ambrose Owuru] tells the tribunal that Buhari never won the election and is therefore asking the tribunal to stop the CJN from administering oath of office to Buhari on May 29.

At moment, Preliminary objections to the petition are being heard as INEC and the APC are challenging it.

Nuhu Ribadu represents Buhari at the tribunal.
