Crisis between Governor Obaseki, and Oshiomohle, terminate ones work

The crisis between Governor Obaseki and his predecessor Comrade Adam’s Oshiomhole who happens to also be a benefactor to Obaseki prior to assuming office, has claimed a victim in Uhunmwode Local Government Area. with the termination of the Special Assistant to the Local Government on Media, Comrade James Orobosa Ehigiator.

This followed a meeting of the Local Government functionaries summoned by Hon Charles Idahosa, a new convert to the “Obaseki for Second term project.” aka “4+4” .

Investigations by James Ehigiator revealed the Local Government Chairman, Hon Napoleon Agbama was directed by the leader( Charles Idahosa)to terminate the employment of James Ehigiator, on account of his activities on social media which tend to question the rationale behind the neglect of Uhunmwode local government by the Governor Obaseki.

Despite Godwin Obaseki’s numerous promises to turn the local government which he claimed was his ancestral home to an “El Dorado” upon assumption of office. Comrade James Ehigiator was seconded to the local government chairman as SA by member elect Edo State House of Assembly Barr. Washington Osifo.

Comrade James Ehigiator said he is glad that this has happened at this time noting that, henceforth he will discharge his social responsibility of letting Uhunmwode people know that Charles Idahosa is the reason the local government is undeveloped. He also Expressed the confidence that he may have been terminated from the council but he remains a bonafide stakeholder of Uhunmwode local government, and will continue to ask for better treatment of Uhunmwode people by those who call themselves leaders.

Lately, Charles Idahosa has defected to Governor Obaseki on account of what many described as a survival strategy, Oshiomhole who happens to have sustained him for years having left as Governor and not readily accessible to him for regular greasing of his itching palm. Observers say that the days ahead promised to be testy for politicians in Edo state, as the crisis in the ruling APC assumed a frightening dimension with the Governor openly flirting with the opposition party PDP, a move confirmed today by Charles Idahosa at the meeting in his house.
