Aisha Buhari, faulted her husband and securities body over incessant killing by bandits and others in the country

“We should not keep silent while things are happening, thinking that if something happens today it will not happen tomorrow. What happened today, will happen tomorrow, it will also happen next tomorrow if we keep silent.

Asiha Buhari has again faulted her husband, president Muhammad Buhari, over the increase in killing of innocent people in the country’s by bandits, Boko Haram and others.

The President wife, who challenged the Nigeria’s security bodies under the leadership of her husband, called on President Muhammadu Buhari to as a matter of urgency end banditry and other insecurity problems facing in some parts of the country right now.

Ashai made the called on Saturday in Katsina State while distributing relief materials to over 25,000 victims of bandits attacks, she said it is compulsory to reduce the effective of the criminals before they exterminate the civil population.

According to her: “We should not keep silent while things are happening, thinking that if something happens today it will not happen tomorrow. What happened today, will happen tomorrow, it will also happen next tomorrow if we keep silent.

“It is compulsory to speak the truth, it is not proper for us to give the highest number of votes during the general elections and allow bandits to continue killing people and keep quiet.

“We must speak on whatever is going wrong in the country. The security agents should either assist to take action or allow the situation continue until bandits finished killing our people.

“We are not supposed to be here giving rice, milk and others items to victims of an incident during Ramadan period.”

Aisha said, the items was donated by her, wives of the former governors of Nasarawa, Bayelsa, Adamawa, and Akwa Ibom.
