Always give your husband his rightful position of leadership in your life & know that submission doesn’t make you any inferior or a rag. It makes you a virtuous & wise woman you were born to be. The power of a virtuous woman is not in physical strength but,in her great power of influence to submit & make a great & respected leader in her husband.
Truth is – The world will always see your husband through your eyes & it’s all in picture of him you’re painting? Remember you’re identified by his name & you should take pride in it & don’t expect the world to treat you like a queen when you treat your man like a dog. Make him the man you’re proud to be a wife to.
He is only a leader when you follow first. Your husband cannot become a leader if you’re not willing to follow. The Bibles says “Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord”. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church.”
Husbands – Earn your submission because it doesn’t come naturally; it is a product of humility & the way you treat your wife & wives, regardless of his many faults & weaknesses & regardless of your profession or who you are in society,please make a decision to humble yourself, obey God & put yourself under the leadership of your husband.
That for me is true womanhood.If you cannot submit,then you have so much work to do before you say you are ready for marriage
